# Challenge Flow

1. Badge applicant submits information and leaves his deposit.
2. Curators verify it.
3. Curator finds fraudulent information.
4. Curator challenges information.
5. Arbitration starts and an odd number of jurors are randomly selected
6. Jurors decide on a case winner.
7. Both deposits are sent to the case winner.
